Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats
• Resolving issues related to package delivery, including tracking, status updates, and delivery exceptions
• Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
• Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
• Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
• Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, you'll need:

• The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
• The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
• A reliable internet connection and a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
• The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
