Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, providing product information, and promoting arenaflex's services. Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of less experienced Customer Service Representatives, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and the general effectiveness of the team
- Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer support impact
- Perform complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
- Provide subject matter expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Customer Service Representatives and offer guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
- Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with various departments
- Suggest areas requiring improvement
- Connect with internal and external customers
- Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with customer addresses on statements
Required Capabilities
* 4+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Access skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
Preferred Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
