Job Summary
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, processing customer service requests, and working closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer service requests, including updating customer portals and uploading documentation to accounting and work order systems
- Work closely with Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and ensure timely communication
- Update customer portals and accounting/work order systems with accurate and up-to-date information
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the electrical or energy industry
- Knowledge of electrical or energy-related concepts and terminology
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
