Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, maintaining positive patient relations, and ensuring that all patient inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Service to Patients: Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Excellent Communication: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication to patients, both verbally and in writing.
- ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring that you're able to navigate the system with ease and efficiency.
- Billing and Account Operations: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, ensuring that you're able to resolve patient inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and Resolution: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the patient's satisfaction.
- Insurance Coverage: Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, ensuring that their information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
- Financial Agreements: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed, ensuring that their financial needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Microsoft Windows Environment: You'll need to have a strong understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with patients and colleagues on a regular basis.
- Bilingual English/Spanish: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
