Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry/Customer Service (On-Site) Second Shift at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy. You will work closely with our pharmacist and other team members to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and you will provide best-in-class customer service to our customers.

Day In The Life

As a Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Order entry: You will enter orders into our system and ensure that they are accurate and complete.
  • Customer service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Medication dispensing: You will work closely with our pharmacist to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
  • Data entry: You will enter data into our system, including customer information and medication records.
  • Quality control: You will perform quality control checks to ensure that our medication dispensing process is accurate and efficient.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician: You must be certified, licensed, or registered as a pharmacy technician in your state.
  • One (1) or more years of experience: You must have at least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED: You must have a verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry: We prefer candidates with prior experience in the long-term care industry.
  • PTCB National Certification: We prefer candidates with PTCB National Certification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

  • $17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
