Job Summary
We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support via phone, internet chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests from clients' customers

Requirements
* Fluency in English: You must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Typing Speed: You should be able to type at least 40 words per minute to efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Home Office Setup: You'll need a dedicated home office space that's free from distractions, with a door that can be closed and locked. We'll ask you to provide a picture of your workspace to ensure it meets our requirements.
- Computer Requirements: You'll need a personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and a 2.0 GHz processor. A Dual Core Processor and 4 GB of RAM are recommended for optimal performance.
- Internet Connection: You'll need a high-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384 k up. A connection with 10+ MB down and 512 k up is preferred.
