[Hiring] Seasonal Route Performance Specialist @Aptive Environmental
Role Description We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Seasonal Route Performance Specialist position located remotely. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. This position is not expected to continue beyond 3 months. Compensation is $18/hr.
- Reviewing red notes and notating the information in the right place
- Editing red notes
- Organize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Area offices
- Attend 1:1, team meetings, support channel meetings, and any other meetings assigned by your supervisor
- Collaborate within and with other departments
- Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with others
- Superior organization and prioritization skills
- Able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
- Strong customer service and issue resolution skills
- A quiet and distraction-free working space
- Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
- Jitter below 20 milliseconds
- Dedicate full attention to job duties during working hours
