Remote School Psychologist | Connecticut
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services in Hartford, CT. This role involves supporting students' mental health and educational needs through remote psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions within a school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services remotely
- Offer consultation and support to teachers regarding student behavioral and learning challenges
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with educational and legal standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience delivering psychological services through telehealth
- Strong knowledge of educational testing, behavioral assessment, and intervention strategies
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
