About the Role: Join our dynamic team at HOPE AND INSPIRATION PSYCHOLOGICAL as a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate in Huntersville, NC and Mount Holly, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse needs. (This is an expanding need for the practice)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mental health care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
- Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals for mental wellness.
Requirements:
- Valid NC Board license as a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate in North Carolina.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Experience in clinical settings, preferably with diverse populations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in assessment/therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
