Sales Closer (US Market) – Success based Commission ($400–$500 per Deal) | Remote
We are a fast-growing company helping brands scale their presence in the US market through our e-commerce and distribution solutions. We work with 150+ brands globally and are now expanding our outbound sales team. You will be responsible for attracting new US-based businesses through outbound outreach and help in closing deals. What You’ll Do: Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to US-based prospects Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline Pitch our offering and handle objections, and help close these deals Maintain basic CRM tracking Compensation: $400–$500 per successful conversion (closed deal) Performance-based (no hourly/fixed pay) Uncapped earnings – the more you close, the more you earn Additional performance incentives for consistent closers Who This Is For: Experienced in sales / lead generation / closing Strong English communication with a clear, neutral (US-friendly) accent Comfortable speaking with US clients Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in outbound sales Important: This is a performance-based role and not suited for candidates looking for fixed hourly pay.
