In this remote role, youll assist clients in planning and booking personalized vacations — from tropical beach escapes to exciting international journeys — all while working on a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the full vacation planning process, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Offer personalized destination recommendations and professional travel guidance
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel suppliers
- Stay informed on current promotions, travel updates, and industry trends
- Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
Qualifications
- A passion for travel and helping others create meaningful experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- At least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
