Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive a positive customer experience and achieve team goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge of our products and systems
  • Adhering to arenaflex's core values and policies, including our commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using computers and learning new systems, with experience in a call center or customer service environment (although not necessary)
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in the automotive restoration and repair industry, including experience working with customers and understanding their needs and concerns
  • A background in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of success
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or in our office. We offer a range of schedules to accommodate different needs and preferences. Our office is located in Pottstown, PA, and we require all remote workers to have access to a minimum speed connection internet and a distraction-free environment.
