Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive a positive customer experience and achieve team goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge of our products and systems

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Proficiency in using computers and learning new systems, with experience in a call center or customer service environment (although not necessary)

- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Schedule and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or in our office. We offer a range of schedules to accommodate different needs and preferences. Our office is located in Pottstown, PA, and we require all remote workers to have access to a minimum speed connection internet and a distraction-free environment.
