Are you an experienced freight agent with your own book of business and the drive to scale it further? This opportunity is built for professionals who want to run their own operation while leveraging a strong brokerage platform. You focus on growing your business — we provide the infrastructure, support, and financial backing. What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow your existing shipper relationships
- Source and coordinate carriers to move freight efficiently
- Negotiate rates and maximize load profitability
- Expand your book through outbound prospecting
- Act as the primary point of contact for your customers
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a freight agent or freight broker
- Existing book of business preferred
- Strong understanding of FTL/LTL operations
- Familiarity with load boards and TMS platforms
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
