Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Addiction and Psychiatric Medicine Practice 100% Telemedicine Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time License: Multiple states preferred - NY, NJ, VA, WV, OH, MA, KS Reports to: Sunil Saxena, MD Medical Director and Owner Position Overview: We are a patient focused practice passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.. Must enjoy treating patients and providing a great patient experience. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) to join our dynamic team at an established addiction medicine practice. Must be able to independently do psychiatric evaluations and medicine managment The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders and will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care, contribute to treatment planning, and support patients on their journey to recovery. Position Highlights:

• 100% telemedicine
• Ability to conduct psychiatric evaluations and medicine management REQUIRED
• We also operate in New York, New Jersey, Ohio and West Virginia willing to obtain these licenses
• DEA required
• Experience with addiction medicine and psychiatric patients required
• Must be able to quickly and efficiently see patients
• Must have excellent patient satisfaction - please provide link to reviews or recommendations
• Start two days a week and increase to full-time if desired
• 1099 independent contractor, compensation negotiable
• See six patients an hour with a full assistant support

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an active and unrestricted license to practice in Virginia
• Certification in addiction medicine or a related field preferred (or willingness to pursue)
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction medicine and psychiatry
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic modalities.
