Licensed Independent Financial Services Agent (1099)

Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Licensed Independent Financial Services Agents. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexibility and the opportunity to build a client-focused practice within the financial services industry. In this position, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them develop strategies around retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and debt management. Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial goals and recommend appropriate strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Educate clients on financial concepts including retirement, protection, and debt strategies
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently using CRM systems
• Provide ongoing client support to ensure long-term relationship management
• Stay current on industry guidelines and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to obtain required state Life insurance license (if not already licensed)
• Coachable and open to training and professional development

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Performance-based compensation (commission)
