Job Summary
As an Account Manager, Customer-Mid Market - Structural, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mid-market customers in the construction industry. Your expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and industry knowledge will enable you to build strong relationships with senior management and executive-level decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mid-market customers in the construction industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level decision makers
- Utilize CRM software to monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data to contribute to product/service planning
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of your responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $500k
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Advanced selling capability that showcases commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing
- Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce.com
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers/prospects as well as with internal resources
