What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
- Updating customer records with accurate demographic and contact information
- Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's services

Training Schedule
During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST. This training will cover arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures, as well as provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.
