Job Summary
Arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. As a customer care support team member, you will have the opportunity to engage with various topics, share your opinions, and earn additional income from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
- Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles.
- Attend discussions online or in-person, depending on the study requirements.
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel.
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date.
- Participate in discussions by sharing your opinions and experiences, and provide honest feedback on products and services.
Qualifications
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently.
