Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialists to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue operations department. You'll work closely with our revenue operations teams, clinics, and insurance payers to ensure seamless processes across teams. Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
- Perform duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage.
- Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
- Respond timely and accurately to payer communications.
- Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams.
- Partner with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
- Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
- Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
- Data Entry experience filling out online forms
- Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
- Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
- Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
