Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Providing Courteous and Efficient Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with friendly and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
- Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
- Assisting with Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Condition: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
