Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
- Utilizing knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
To succeed as an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
