Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
  • Issuing membership cancellations
  • Fielding in-bound calls with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor
  • Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
  • Multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous Call Center Experience: While not mandatory, previous call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, to meet the needs of our customers.
