Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription inquiries, insurance verification, and general office information in a professional and friendly manner.
- Scheduling patient appointments according to availability, doctor schedules, and patient preferences, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Providing patients with accurate and informative responses about our services, products, and procedures to enhance their understanding and confidence in their eye care experience.
- Addressing patient complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications
