The Opportunity:

  • Make and receive calls to and from both current and prospective customers, providing top-notch support and guidance every step of the way
  • Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their needs, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Process upgrades, downgrades, new product purchases, and facilitate delivery and installation efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain excellent time management, professional customer service at all times, and balance multiple projects and responsibilities with ease
  • Engage in continuous professional development training sessions and participate in our dynamic team-based company culture

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • The ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multi-task during the course of a business day
  • Tech-savviness, or the ability to quickly pick up new concepts and technologies
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills and taking on new challenges
