Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone interactions. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promote interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position
- Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or client-facing environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone interactions
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email management tools, and live chat platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being part of a collaborative team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's e-commerce platform and products
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry standards
