Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
  • Learn about healthcare and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex

Training and Development

Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. This includes:

  • Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks
  • Hands-on learning while interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1
  • Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions

Schedule Options

We offer flexible schedule options, designed to create a work-life balance for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. Schedule options include:

  • Full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week
  • Days off and hours may vary based on business needs
  • Periods of peak volume may require increased standard hours worked
  • Times of low call volume may result in reduced scheduled hours

Required Qualifications:

* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Pay Range:

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45
