About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support our office in Brooklyn, New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from New York City residents, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position with full health and wellness benefits, paid training, and other employer perks.
Responsibilities:
* Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues
- Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers and provide services with courtesy and patience
- Create work orders, dispatch work to specific departments, respond to routine questions, and take and report complaints from customers
- Provide accurate information in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action
- Build upon knowledge through product training, interactions with support staff, and quality that will enhance daily performance and call handling
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (working directly with customers solving problems); Associate degree, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be able to work onsite only at our Brooklyn, NY location
- Bilingual in Spanish with a strong command of the English Language, with the ability to assist customers both in English and Spanish (training will be in English)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience
- High level of computer proficiency and strong communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with all types of customers and personalities
- Willing to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability

* Bilingual only $17 per hour – Training Wage
- Bilingual only $18-19 per hour – After Training Wage (based on shift selection) + earn weekly attendance/performance bonuses
