We are seeking a talented and driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Lemon Law practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and delivering exceptional client service. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work independently, have strong advocacy skills, and a competitive spirit. Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing, is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in the area of Lemon Law.
- Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters.
- Audit newly signed cases for completeness.
- Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies.
- Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
- Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
- Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
- NOT required to bring in or build your own new clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the [State] Bar.
- Ability to handle an aggressive caseload.
- Thorough and detailed organization skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
