Primary Skills: Content Creation (Expert), Instructional Design (Expert), SharePoint (Expert), Video Editing (Expert), OCM (Beginner) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 5+ Months Location: San Francisco, CA - 94105 - ( - Remote, PST hours) Pay Range: $39.14/hr - $44.14/hr #LP Job Summary: This role is for a skilled Content Specialist focused on executing OCM for two Oracle Finance platform implementations. You will own the creation of all communications and training materials, ensuring they are polished, audience-appropriate, and engaging for Finance stakeholders. Success means translating strategic direction into tangible, high-quality content that drives adoption and understanding. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce all stakeholder communications, ensuring visual polish and audience engagement.
- Design, build, and maintain all training materials for a Train-the-Trainer model.
- Create and manage video tutorials and system walkthroughs for a self-service resource library.
- Build and maintain SharePoint project sites as a central hub for all OCM resources.
- Prepare and facilitate Change Agent Network forums and other stakeholder meetings.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional written communication and visual design skills.
- Fluency in SharePoint, Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience creating content for Finance, accounting, or FP&A audiences.
