- Key Responsibilities

- * Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
- * Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts.
- * Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community discussions.
- * Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- * Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions through social media.
- * Optimize social media posts for maximum visibility and performance.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- * Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- * Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- * Creative thinking and the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas.
- * Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience
- * Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- * Experience in managing brand pages or influencer accounts is preferred.
- * Portfolio or samples of previous content work will be an added advantage.
- Working Hours
- * Flexible working schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
