UX/Product Researcher – 6 months Contract
Job Description
- Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape strategic initiatives with sharp user insights
- Plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer critical product questions
- Coach Designers on research best practices to empower more impactful, scalable research across the org
- Identify gaps in our current research ops and improve tooling, workflows, and documentation
- Champion a culture of learning, helping us stay close to our customers and move with confidence
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Research, ideally in B2C or marketplace environments
- Strong communication skills — able to distill insights and influence decision-making
- Experience coaching or mentoring cross-functional partners
- You are pragmatic and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning end-to-end research processes
- Comfortable adapting to evolving scopes and ambiguous problem spaces
