In this role, you will manage contract lifecycles end-to-end while supporting key project initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will ensure strong execution of agreements, support pricing and RFQ/RFP activity, and help drive operational excellence and timely delivery of business priorities. What your role will be
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including drafting, renewal, amendment, and termination
- Support RFQ/RFP processes with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct contract pricing analysis and provide insights to support business planning
- Develop and track project plans, scorecards, and timelines to ensure successful execution
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and delays
- Support reporting, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide sales enablement and reporting support, including rebate analysis and pipeline insights
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related roles
- Project management experience strongly preferred (PMP or CPCM a plus)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
