Job Description

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Qualifications and Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with online chat platforms and software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
