Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Providing feedback on call issues to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Proficiency in desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
