Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carteret, NJ. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner, ensuring that all messages are received and responded to promptly
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues, using analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
- Print documents and labels for order processing, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Answer emails in a timely manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a warehouse customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Ability to self-motivate, while working alongside a team
- Desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, with the ability to find effective solutions to complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to use software applications to complete tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of office management procedures and protocols
- Experience working with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
