The Role
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests from our flagship customers. You'll be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating intake calls and requests from customers
- Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
- Providing exceptional client service experiences
- Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients
- Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A flexible schedule, with the ability to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
- Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
- Reliability and team-oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:
- Bilingualism (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
- Experience in the language/translation industry
