Responsibilities:

- Working effectively in a team environment to resolve complex customer issues and provide a positive experience for our customers
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Marketing)
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or dissatisfied customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
