Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for arranging transportation for individuals attending non-emergency medical appointments. Responsibilities
As a Transportation Customer Service Representative, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

- Ability to work with management and vendors
