Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilizing Microsoft suite to efficiently manage data entry tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
- Providing exceptional customer service through clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve data entry processes
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
