Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and converting these conversations into leads that drive revenue growth. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
- Provide detailed information about our clients' products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
