Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across arenaflex's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's brand and content, as well as industry trends and best practices in social media customer support.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in social media customer support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
