Ecommerce Marketing Assistant
Job Description:
- Executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and ecommerce channels
- Managing product listings, promotions, and website updates
- Coordinating and scheduling content across platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta, LinkedIn, email)
- Ensuring all outputs are accurate (links, CTAs, formatting, timing)
- Supporting campaign launches, seasonal offers, and discount campaigns
- Tracking basic performance metrics and assisting with reporting
- Acting as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing or ecommerce (minimum 6 months in B2B marketing preferred)
- Hands-on experience executing social media posts and campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Wix)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment
- Able to commit to consistent, daily part-time hours (EST timezone)
- Nice to have: Experience with TikTok Shop
