Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating clients on how to get the most out of our features. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through our chat platform, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries
- Work collaboratively with our team to help clients use our product, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve day-to-day problems
- Use your problem-solving skills to determine, clarify, and correct any issues our clients might have, and follow up with them to ensure resolution
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to educate clients on how our features can help them generate more business
- Monitor the service desk ticket queue and provide answers in order to ensure resolution to the client's inquiries
- Be proactive by picking up the phone and calling the client instead of relying solely on email communication
- Be responsible for the success of the company as a whole, working well with others to achieve our goals
Qualifications
* Previous technical customer support experience, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of SQL and REST API, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Quick learner with a general comprehension of technology, including computers, software, and online platforms
- Positive, friendly, and mature work attitude, with a passion for achieving excellence
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
