Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your attitude will set the tone for our customer interactions. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your prompt and courteous responses will set the tone for our customer interactions.
- Communicating with customers through various channels: You'll be responsible for communicating with customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively and clearly, even in high-pressure situations.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints: You'll be responsible for listening to customer complaints and resolving them in a fair and timely manner. You'll need to be able to remain calm and composed, even in difficult situations.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions: You'll need to have a thorough understanding of our products and services, so you can answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests: You'll be responsible for processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints: You'll need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues, including our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Requirements
