Job Description

As a remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience while shopping with us.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customer concerns
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Previous experience in the pet industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
