Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers via phone, chat, email, or other technology. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Experience working in a home-based or remote environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
