Key Responsibilities
As a remote customer service agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about their freight shipments
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
