Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling voids, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records and data, including patient and medication information, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including promotions and discounts
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director or Senior Supervisor
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using arenaflex's pharmacy systems and software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months or more of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar company
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems
- Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex's assigned PTCB training program
