Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our enrollment package records and the drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve problems
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Reconcile eligibility records between systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, data analysis) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs)
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst (CDA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP))
