Responsibilities

As an Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing property damage claims, including auto claims, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients
• Checking the status of claims for updates and providing necessary information to clients via phone and email
• Answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and resolution
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and claims status
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of claims handling and property damage claims
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience with servicing property damage claims for auto
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
• Certification in claims handling or customer service
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Pay and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
